Singapore Math 1: Challenging Word Problems

This enrichment course is recommended for Grade 1 students who are ready for more challenging material than the standard Primary Singapore Math curriculum. Students must be able to read and understand word problems independently and have solid basic addition and subtraction skills.

Students will use visual models, number bonds, equations, and logical reasoning to solve complex word problems and explain their thinking. Instructors will also introduce engaging math games, puzzles, and collaborative challenges to strengthen number sense, strategic thinking, and confidence.
