Singapore Math 3: Challenging Word Problems

This enrichment course is recommended for Grade 3 students who are ready for more challenging material than the standard Primary Singapore Math curriculum. Students must be able to read word problems independently and have strong foundational calculation skills.

Students will use bar models, equations, diagrams, and logical reasoning to solve complex problems involving whole numbers, multiplication, division, fractions, money, measurement, time, geometry, and data analysis. Instructors will also incorporate math games, puzzles, and team challenges to develop number sense, strategic thinking, perseverance, and confidence.
